To show that the model is working, we used data from the Cancer Genome Atlas for three cancer types.Excessive stress may have a negative impact on students' performance and learning ability. The aim of this study is to assess the magnitude and associated factors of perceived stress and its consequences among undergraduate students at Salale University, Ethiopia. A self-administered cross-sectional study has been conducted among 421 students of Salale University from April 1st to May 30th, 2018. Multiple linear regressions and Spearman's rank correlation were applied. The overall response rate is 95.49 %. The mean perceived stress score (PSS-14) was 29.97 (standard deviation =7.48). Spearman correlation test has shown that perceived stress is significantly but negatively correlated with grade point average [rs = -0.25 (-0.334 - -0.153)] and year of studies [rs = -0.13 (-0.232 - -0.032)]. Increased perceived stress indices are significantly associated with female gender (P less then 0.001), grade point average (P less then 0.01), academic stressors (P less then 0.01), and psychosocial stressors (P less then 0.01). Mean of PSS-14 was high among health science students (31.42 ± 9.37) than agricultural (30.78 ± 7.69) and business students (28.04 ± 5.43), however, there were no statistically significant differences. Participants included adults with chronic mood and/or cognitive complaints following mild-moderate TBI. Subjects practiced either FA (n = 10) or mNF (n = 10) meditation 12 minutes daily for 6 weeks. Pre-post intervention difference on the Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory (NSI) was the primary outcome variable. Secondary outcomes included the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), amongst other scales and neurocognitive tests.
No significant pre-post between-group differences were found on the NSI (= .838) nor other assessments. In an exploratory analysis combining FA and mNF data, meditation was associated with significant improvements on the NSI (= .04), BAI (= .012) and BDI (= .037).
Meditating with neurofeedback does not appear to provide an advantage over meditating on one's own for chronic post-TBI symptoms. Further research on home-based meditation following TBI, whether self-directed or technologically facilitated, is warranted.

This observational cohort study utilized the city's public health syndromic surveillance system to prospectively identify patients with e-scooter-related injuries presenting between September and November 2018. The medical records for all adult patients treated at the two participating emergency departments were manually reviewed to extract demographic and clinical data. Cases involving mobility scooters or non-electric scooters were excluded.
For the 124 included adult patients with e-scooter-related injuries, the median age was 30?years (IQR 22-43), they were predominantly male (59.7%), and approximately half (51.6%) arrived by ambulance. Falling from the scooter (84.7%) was the most common mechanism; twelve patients (9.7%) had collided with a motor vehicle. Head and face injuries (45.5%) were common; only 2 patients (1.6%) were documented as wearing a helmet at the time of injury.
